Classes, Events and Bookwhen
The Hearth uses Bookwhen to manage registrations for many of our classes, workshops and events. When you select an event on our website, you may be directed to Bookwhen to complete your registration.
Information you provide during the registration process may be processed by Bookwhen on behalf of The Hearth. Bookwhen also maintains its own privacy practices and policies regarding its platform and services.
Payments
Payments for classes, workshops and events booked through Bookwhen may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider available through the booking platform.
The Hearth does not directly receive or store your complete credit or debit card number through our website. Payment providers process payment information according to their own privacy and security practices. Stripe maintains its own privacy policy governing the personal data it processes.
Wix and Our Website
Our website is hosted through Wix. Wix may collect and process certain information necessary to operate, secure and improve the website, including information collected through cookies and similar technologies.
