Looking for a creative, engaging way to spend April break? Join us at The Hearth for a week full of hands-on making, movement, and imagination! Each day is thoughtfully designed to give kids a mix of art, creativity, and movement in a warm, welcoming environment that sparks creativity and builds confidence.

9:00am - 12:00pm

Join us at The Hearth for a hands-on woodworking experience where you’ll build your very own birdhouse from scratch! Led step-by-step by master carpenter Ralph Perrotti of RJP Carpentry LLC, this beginner-friendly workshop will guide you through the process of constructing a wooden birdhouse using real tools and materials.

6:00pm - 7:30pm

Join Jen for a magical, hands-on gardening experience where creativity comes to life! Design and create your very own fairy or dinosaur garden using live flowers and a variety of natural decorations such as sand, feathers, shells, pebbles and more. Whether you’re building a dreamy fairy hideaway or a prehistoric dinosaur scene, every garden will be completely unique!

11:00am - 12:00pm

Spend the afternoon baking together at The Hearth in this fun, hands-on cookie class led by Tiffany of Tiffany’s Tasty Treats! Participants will learn how to make chocolate chip cookies from scratch with step-by-step instruction. After the dough is made, Tiffany will take it to her mobile baking truck to bake, and each participant will leave with 6 fresh cookies to enjoy at home.

In this fun and engaging 30-minute class, kids will explore yoga through movement, breath, and play. With a focus on creativity, connection, and self-expression, children will also be introduced to simple calming techniques to support focus, relaxation, and emotional well-being.

In this playful family yoga class, caregivers and young children will explore movement, music, and mindfulness side by side. Designed for ages 18 months - 5 years, this class focuses on bonding, creativity, and simple calming techniques to support both energy and relaxation.

Join us at The Hearth for a magical, hands-on Story + Craft experience filled with imagination, creativity, and fun! This special double story time features How to Catch a Dinosaur and How to Catch a Unicorn. After enjoying both stories together, children and caregivers will team up to design and build their very own trap to catch their chosen creature.
